Free Covid-19 insurance 

Offering our guests all the reassurance and peace of mind when booking their ski holiday to Andorra is our priority this season. That is why all passes for two or more days, both at Grandvalira, Vallnord and at Ordino Arcalís, will include a free Covid-19 insurance that covers the costs of medical attention, as well as reimbursement of passes, resort services and accommodation booked and not used, if the skier tests positive for Covid-19 during their stay in Andorra.

 

What does this insurance cover?

  •  Medical, surgical, hospital and/or pharmaceutical care for the insured party in Andorra.
  •  Cost of repatriation to their usual place of residence.
  •  Cost of staying a hotel in Andorra for medial quarantine for up to 10 days.
  •  Cost of one companion travelling to Andorra and staying in a hotel, if the insured party is travelling alone.
  •  Coverage of up to a maximum of 3,000 euros in medical expenses and 600 euros per insured party for reimbursement of passes and resort services and accommodation booked and not used.

 

Covid Gold Insurance

Optionally, and for only 2.90 euros / day / person, customers can add additional coverage to the free insurance. This Gold coverage includes the following:

  •  Cost of cancelling a trip before it starts if the insured party communicates two days before arriving in Andorra that they can’t take the trip because of a Covid-19 diagnosis.
  •  Coverage of up to 50,000 euros in medical expenses and up to 2,500 euros per insured party for reimbursement of passes and resort services and accommodation booked and not used.

 

Covid Silver Insurance

Customers who have already started their trip and are already in Andorra, and who want to buy Covid insurance at the ticket offices, can purchase COVID Silver insurance for a price of 1.70 euro / day / person.

It includes the following additional benefits:

  •  Coverage of up to 50,000 euros in medical expenses and up to 2,500 euros per insured party for reimbursement of passes and resort services and accommodation booked and not used.

 

Covid Travel Insurance

This coverage is for skiers who only want to purchase insurance to cover reimbursement of their trip before it starts. The price is 1.20 euros / day / person.
