| Getting Around Menorca | Our Guide to Menorca | Our Favourite Menorcan Beaches |

Menorca has over 100 beaches along its 216km coastline - there are beaches for everyone. Here we have outlined a few of our favourite beaches along the coast of Menorca.

Cala Turqueta

Perhaps considered one of the most beautiful beaches on Menorca, pine trees fringe fine white sand and clear blue waters. The beach is on the south west coast accessible by car but get there early as the car park fills up quickly. There is a regular park and ride bus service from Ciutadella.

Cala Macarelleta

Situated a 15 minute walk from the larger Cala Marcarella; Cala Macarelleta is a picture postcard small white sandy beach backed by pine trees and flanked by small cliffs either side. Park at Cala Macarella then walk over the cliffs. There are no faciltiies at this beach though.

Cala Mitjana

Another pine fringed cove with beautiful white sand and clear blue waters - there is a car park around 400m from the beach, but you can also walk from Santa Galdana

Cala del Pilar

In contrast to the white sandy beaches of the south coast, Cala del Pilar is a beautiful beach on the rugged north coast. The red rock seems to have dyed the sand a golden reddish yellow. The beach is a 45 minute walk from one of the two car parks. If you dont want to walk for 45 minutes then the neighbourish Platja Ets Alocs is quieter but mixed sand and fine pebbles

Cala de Biniparratx

Park on the road between Binidali and Binissafuller (on the right just before the hill is a small rough car park). Walk down through the trees and bushes for 10 minutes to find a delightful quiet beach at the end of a small sheltered inlet.
