There are 4 different restaurants in the hotel, the newest one being La Ferme d’Hubert that extends the establishment’s trend toward well-being. A flexitarian menu is composed around the vegetable garden, pastures, and lakes using high quality farm products. Enjoy a gourmet meal, one that is balanced, yet responsible and sustainable.
The second Terrasse d’Hurbert. The only high-altitude restaurant in the resort, directly accessible via the village ski trail. Enjoy a healthy balanced lunch and the conviviality of plates to share. The third restaurant is fine dining, escape to the bistronomic getaway L’Esperance, whether you prefer a spacious table inside the restraint or a private heated glass and wood pod, let your culinary dreams be fulfilled by the chef. The fourth being Mas’Hauts enjoy real mountain food, taste the divine raclette, a fondu or the classic tartelette.
The bar Aux Grands Rouges enjoy a glass of wine or a beer, in the beautiful, relaxed environment after a long day skiing. Serving wine, tapas, cheeses everything you could want when you are on holiday. The hotel also provides live music every night.
