This unique hotel is inside an old weathered grey farmhouse. The building with 15 different, comfortable, good sized rooms, with tiled bathrooms and walk in showers. Each room with its personal view of either the beautiful farm scenery or the mountains in the distance. This farmhouse is carefully restored, and the rooms are all comfortable with all the amenities expected to find in a modern hotel. A warm and welcoming as you arrive will make you relaxed after a long day travelling. The closest ski lifts only 0.9miles away and buses run regularly to the slopes.

Food

A continental buffet breakfast will fuel you up for the day to come, pastries, cold meats, cheeses, breads, cereals, coffees and hot chocolates every morning.

Make sure to dine in house and enjoy some of the best food in the town. Start off with a mouth-watering soup, followed by one of their beautiful mains of venison, halibut or lamb, and to top it all off why not tuck into one of their tasty desserts? The chef will also make a kids meal on request.

Enjoy a drink at the bar, pre or post dinner there’s always time! Relax in the chilled atmosphere of the hotel with family before having a beautiful evening meal.

 

Rooms

Layout – 2 spacious double rooms are located in what previously was used as the kitchen and a chamber. Another 2 double rooms in the ex-living room on the ground floor. One spacious room in the attic holding a double bed and 2 single beds for families, and finally one situated in the oldest part of the house, an open-hearth house with smoky walls, ornamental painted bed and a slate fireplace – very romantic and Norwegian.

There are 2 good sized double rooms located in the tool shed, these were newly added as part of the hotel in 2017 and decorated as the rest of the hotel.

All rooms have eletrict heating, the large double rooms have log burners or a fire place. You will also find a selection of tea and coffee, a hairdryer, soap and shower products, a flat screen TV and WiFi. The rooms are serviced daily and the reception can be contacted 24/7.
