Belfast is Northern Ireland's capital city. The dockyards have been building ships dating back to the 17th centuary. The RMS Titanic was built here and there is now a fabulous museum dedicated to the Titanic and it's ill fated maiden vouyage between Southampton and New York - on 15 April 1912 the Titantic struck an iceberg and sank.

Take the Political Tour and discover the reasosn behind the past troubles see the Peace Wall and end up with a visit to Crumlin Road Jail. The City Hop on Hop off tourist bus is an excellent way to discover Belfast. Visit Belfast Castle, the City Hall and why not Belfast Zoo? Belfast comes alive at night with - enjoy Irlish hospitality in one of the many pubs, restaurants or bars.

Why not stay a few extra days and explore the beauty of Northern Island - taking in the famous Giants Causeway, follow the coastal road around the north, explore Dunluce Castle in County Antrim, brave crossign the famous Carrick-A-Rede rope bridge and why not a visit to teh Bushmills distillary - home to Northen Ilsands famous whiskey?
